특수대기오염물질 측정망 중 광화학대기오염물질측정망은 광역시 이상의 대도시 중 고농도 오존 발생지역과 인구 50만 미만의 지역 또는 인근 지역에 휘발성유기화합물질을 많이 배출하는 산업단지 등이 위치하는 고농도 오존 발생지역에 우선 설치하고 있다. 광화학대기오염물질측정망의 측정항목 POCP(photo chemical ozone creation potential)는 56종(Ethane, Ethylene, Propane, Propylene, Iso-Butane, n-Butane, Acetylene, trans-2-Butene, 1-Butene, Cis-2-Butene, Cyclopentane, Iso-Pentane, n-Pentane, trans-2-Pentene, 1-Pentene, Cis-2-Pentene, 2,2-Dimethylbutane, 2,3-Dimethylbutane, 2-Methylpentane, 3-Methylpentane, Isoprene, 1-Hexene, n-Hexane, Methylcyclopentane, 2,4-Dimethylpentane, Benzene, Cyclohexane, 2-Methylhexane, 2,3-Dimethylpentane, 3-Methylhexane, 2,2,4-Trimethylpentane, n-Heptane, Methylcyclohexane, 2,3,4-Trimethylpentane, Toluene, 2-Methylheptane, 3-Methylheptane, n-Octane, Ethylbenzene, m/p-Xylene, Styrene, o-Xylene, n-Nonane, Isopropylbenzene, n-Propylbenzene, m-Ethyltoluene, p-Ethyltoluene, 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene, o-Ethyltoluene, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene, n-Decane, 1,2,3-Trimethylbenzene, m-Diethylbenzene, p-Diethylben
