The Ministry of Government Legislation (Minister Cho Won-cheol) announced that a total of 156 laws and regulations will take effect this July. Some of the key details and enforcement dates of the forthcoming statutes are as follows.\n\nPartially Allowing Fireworks at Beaches under Local Ordinances\n(Act on the Use and Management of Bathing Beaches, July 1)\n\nRegulations on beach usage will be eased to improve convenience for beachgoers during the summer season and revitalize local economies. Previously, fireworks were prohibited in all beach areas. Under the revised regulations, however, the use of toy fireworks will be permitted in designated locations and at specified times as determined by local ordinances of special self-governing provinces, cities, counties, and districts (Si/Gun/Gu).\nExpanding the Scope of Attendance Approval for Student Victims of Sexual Violence and Systematizing Disqualification Verification Process for Support Facility Staff (Sexual Violence Prevention and Victims Protection Act, July 1)\n\nInstitutional measures will be strengthened to help victims of sexual violence return to their daily lives and enhance the safety and reliability of victim support facilities. Moving forward, if the victimized students are absent due to medical treatment or psychological counseling, these periods shall be recognized as attendance to ensure students can concentrate on recovery without academic disadvantage. In addition, by establishing clear criminal background check procedures for facility staff, including counselors, we will enhance the transparency and reliability of the procedures for verifying disqualifying factors. Furthermore, victims who are minors at the time of admission to care facility will be allowed to extend their stay until the age of 25 upon request. The legal basis for self-reliance support funds and allowances provided upon leaving such facilities will also be clarified.\n\nPreventing Crime Occurrence and Strengthening the Safety Net for Single-Operator and Women-Owned Small Businesses (Act on the Protection of and Support for Micro Enterprises, July 1)\n\nA new legal support system will be introduced to protect single-operator and women-owned small businesses from crime risks. The government may conduct surveys on crime risks faced by such businesses and implement support programs, including the provision of safety equipment and installation of digital security systems such as emergency alarms and AI-based intrusion detection devices.\nStricter Accountability of E-commerce Platforms and More Effective Consumer Remedies (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, July 21)\n\nIn response to the expansion of consumer-to-consumer (C2C) transactions and changes in the digital marketplace, new measures will be introduced to strengthen consumer protection and improve transparency in transaction practices. E-commerce brokers are obliged to cooperate in dispute resolution by providing the identity details and transaction records of individual sellers upon the request of a dispute mediation body, a court, or a consumer in the event of a dispute between an individual seller and a consumer. They must also clearly disclose standards for deleting user reviews and procedures for raising objections in advance. Additionally, the consent decree system will be introduced for rapid consumer relief. Under this system, if the Fair Trade Commission recognizes that a business under investigation proposes appropriate voluntary corrective measures, the official deliberation stops and a final decision aligned with the proposed measures is issued instead.\n\n첨부파일\n\n[7월 1일 배포] 7월 주요 시행법령 소개(영문본 최종).hwpx\n(284.83 KByte)\n\n바로보기\n\n내려받기\n\n[7월 1일 배포] 7월 주요 시행법령 소개(영문본 최종).pdf\n(153.71 KByte)\n\n바로보기\n\n내려받기\n\n[관련 사진] 7월 주요 시행법령 카드뉴스.png\n(6.81 MByte)\n\n바로보기\n\n내려받기\n\n이전글해수욕장 불꽃놀이는 허용, 일상 범죄와 소비자 피해는 철저히 방어!\n\n다음글법제처, 한반도 환경위기 공동 대응을 위한 관학연 공동학술대회 개최\n\n본 공공저작물은 공공누리 \"공공누리 제4유형:출처표시+상업적이용금지+변경금지\" 조건에 따라 이용할 수 있습니다.\n\n만족도 조사에 참여해 주셔서 감사합니다. 콘텐츠 만족도 조사는 한번만 참여 가능합니다.\n\n이 페이지에서 제공하는 정보에 대하여 만족하십니까?","ministry_code":"MOLEG","ministry_name":"법제처","org_type":"처","category":null,"published_at":"2026-07-01T00:00:00+09:00","fetched_at":"2026-07-16T15:22:03+09:00","source_url":"https://www.moleg.go.kr/board.es?mid=a10501000000&bid=0048&act=view&list_no=152382&tag=&pageCntBySelf=10&nPage=1&keyField=&keyWord=&cg_code=","source_tier":"T3_scrape","alt_sources":[],"attachments":[],"law_ref":[],"region":null,"kogl_type":1,"kogl_notice":"공공누리 제1유형: 출처표시. 원문: 법제처","lang":"ko","links":{"related_by_law":[],"same_ministry_recent":[{"id":"77bbad59-8960-4b54-b0cb-e76f314bd124","doc_type":"notice","title":"새글 [법제처 공고 제2026-108호] 법제처 법제정보지원국 자치법제지원과 기간제 근로자 채용 재공고","published_at":"2026-07-24T00:00:00+09:00"},{"id":"0db0c1ef-b3da-48e1-8620-a479dafaeae7","doc_type":"notice","title":"새글 [법제처 공고 제2026-107호] 2026년도 세계법제정보센터 DB 구축 사업 감리 용역 입찰 공고","published_at":"2026-07-20T00:00:00+09:00"},{"id":"8bc142f2-2875-4f6b-b3bf-f36cfe57f202","doc_type":"notice","title":"[법제처 공고 제2026-107호] 2026년도 세계법제정보센터 DB 구축 사업 감리 용역 입찰 공고","published_at":"2026-07-20T00:00:00+09:00"},{"id":"55ab3a0a-50b6-42b7-b615-f51ee2f385f0","doc_type":"notice","title":"새글 [법제처 공고 제2026-106호] 법제처 공무직 근로자 채용시험 최종합격자 공고","published_at":"2026-07-16T00:00:00+09:00"},{"id":"c2879b3f-8af8-45e7-9b26-ec4df498a469","doc_type":"notice","title":"[법제처 공고 제2026-106호] 법제처 공무직 근로자 채용시험 최종합격자 공고","published_at":"2026-07-16T00:00:00+09:00"}]}}
